Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium to large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1½ tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Creole Seasoning (see below)
- 3/4 cup red bell peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions
In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, Creole seasoning, and bell pepper.
Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add shrimp and sauté turning once until just white throughout.
Add lemon juice and parsley and enjoy.
Makes 4 servings.
Creole Seasoning
- 5 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated onion
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
Store in an airtight container.
