  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 cups vanilla-flavored soy drink
  • 4–6 ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut for garnish

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth. Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple wedge.
